Looking for a mentor? Willing to guide discussions with a mentee?  Make connections and engage within our chapter! ASHRM has openings for up to six mentor-mentee relationships! If you would like to be matched with a mentee or mentor, please respond by December 10, 2024.

2025 MENTOR PROGRAM

 We are currently accepting mentor/mentee applications for the next cohort, which is launching in April 2025.

Interested in participating as a mentor or mentee?
Applications are due  for 2025 by March 31, 2025

Participating in this program as either a Mentor or Mentee provides an exciting opportunity for members to share their expertise, foster meaningful relationships, and continue building upon their local professional network.

Mentees have a wide range of possibilities in the program, from discussing current workplace challenges, learning from the real-life wisdom of their Mentors, to continuing to enhance their overall knowledge base.

Mentors have an opportunity to generously give their time and energy to molding the next generation of HR in our community.

To participate in the ASHRM Mentor Program, complete the appropriate mentor or mentee application and submit the completed form, along with your resume, via email to the ASHRM Secretary

What happens next?

Completing a local mentorship may lead to the next step of participating in a national mentorship through SHRM. SHRM holds Spring and Fall mentorships and provides continuing education for mentors as well as mentees. PDCs are attainable in the process!
