This program equips HR and business leaders to maintain decision quality, manage risk exposure, and protect performance and retention when organizations operate under sustained high pressure.

4. Apply values-aligned decision frameworks so that business objectives and workplace culture are upheld ethically and strategically to protect performance, support leaders, and increase workforce resilience during critical moments.
