About The Speaker
Faith is the Manager of Academic and Student Communities at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She rings a wealth of HR expertise from her diverse career spanning public service, corporate leadership, and volunteer advocacy. Holding a master’s and bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, she has led transformational initiatives in payroll, HRIS implementation, and business strategy across industries from bronze manufacturing to funeral products. A former Northeast SHRM Membership Advisory Council Representative and SHRM Labor Relations Expertise Panel member, Sally is recognized for her commitment to advancing the HR profession, fostering organizational success, and inspiring the next generation of leaders.
