Last week, the Trump-Vance Administration hit the ground running, enacting a wide-ranging number of Executive Orders. Seven of these directly impacted the world of work, including one targeting DE&I initiatives.

How should organizations move forward?

At SHRM, we see these new policies as an opportunity for all of us to evaluate and evolve. Review existing DE&I practices to ensure that all programs pursue inclusion in compliance with federal law, especially Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Learn more about these changes and best next steps by joining the members-only webinar I'll be hosting on Tuesday, February 4 at 12pm ET.
