Justin Mills, CWS is a relationship manager with KeyBank. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Government and Public Affairs from Missouri Western State University and an MBA from Webster University. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch, and as an officer in the United States Army. Thomas Wright, BS, SHRM-CP, CPP entered the HR and payroll field full-time in August 2016 as Director of HR & Payroll. A dedicated professional, Thomas earned the SHRM-CP certification in 2019 and was promoted to Vice President of HR & Payroll in 2023, the same year he obtained his CPP payroll certification. Passionate about education and industry development, Thomas has helped facilitate two ASHRM boot camps and played a key role in teaching the 2024 Northern Lights Alaska Chapter FPC/CPP payroll certification study group. Recognized for his expertise and leadership, Thomas was honored as the 2024 Northern Lights Alaska Chapter Payroll Professional of the Year and currently serves as the Chapter President. As a professional wearing the two hats of HR and payroll, he is uniquely able to explain the impact of finances on jobs and careers
