Learn, Laugh & Lean into challenges with Attorney Jennifer Bouman-Steagall

Change Catalyst / People Whisperer / Dynamic Storyteller

Does your team have a combination of standout employees who consistently go above and beyond and others who struggle to contribute or fit in? Both types of team members create unique challenges for leaders and require different levels of coaching, mentorship, and performance management. Being able to recognize when and how best to support your team is the key. In this engaging and informative session, we’ll explore how to keep high performers motivated and challenged, while effectively managing employees who may struggle to find their place within the team or the organization’s culture. You’ll walk away with clear, practical strategies to help leaders recognize and grow top talent, address performance and behavior issues early on for those who are less successful, and create a more balanced, accountable team environment.

This session is full of real-world insights, useful takeaways, and one or two unexpected ideas you can put to work right away - all with a nod to choices your legal counsel would prefer!
