What type of leader do you want and do you need?
Too often, employees (interns, volunteers, mentees, too) do not feel or are not comfortable asking a supervisor and/or manager for a specific type of leadership. It is important that employees are involved in the style of leadership they are provided. Each person owns 50% of every relationship that they are in, and
without being able to provide your input,
this relationship could range from being very poor to fantastic.
A key way to influence an amazing outcome is to be part of the conversation.
