Have you received recognition and accolades for doing your job well yet have a nagging feeling that you are not worthy of those distinctions? You may be experiencing impostor syndrome. Impostor syndrome explains why some individuals feel like frauds even when they are highly successful. Guess what? You are not alone. Studies suggest a whopping 70% of people experience imposter syndrome. In this interactive workshop, we will discuss imposter syndrome in more detail and discuss tools you can utilize to alleviate the experiences for yourself or for your subordinates.
