Department of Labor FMLA Update

Join us for an opportunity to meet with Department of Labor, Stephen Yim who will give an overview of the most up-to-date U.S. Department of Labor laws as it pertains to Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) to include eligibility, job-protection guidelines, continued group health insurance requirements and timelines. The FMLA entitles eligible employees of covered employers to take unpaid, job-protected leave for specified family and medical reasons with continuation of group health insurance coverage under the same terms and conditions as if the employee had not taken leave.
