Questions of Ethics and Morals for Today’s Organizational Leaders Organizational leaders set the tone for ethics and morals for their companies. Aside from leading with the example, they must have the characteristics, support team and know-how to get this done. In this presentation, Dr. Birkland will consider a number of ethical and moral questions that are on the minds of contemporary organizational leaders and provide examples as well as current research on what it takes to build an ethical organization.
