Join us for our monthly program. Learn and get pre-approved SHRM and HRCI credit!

The Truth About Money describes the thinking we develop about salary, job offers, raises, cost of items, the way we frame wealth and poverty. What do you think about $? What are you worth? Join this session to explore your mental framework and how you can improve employee engagement as well your personal concepts.

At the end of this presentation, attendees will:

  2. List strategies for balancing salary and other forms of reward for a Total Rewards program that motivates employees
  3. Understand the basis for building wealth
  4. Have the framework for creating employee training and awareness about money issues

This event is co-hosted by  Anchorage Society for Human Resource Management (ASHRM) and WBU SHRM Student Chapter #5583. Session will be in-person and by Zoom for those who cannot be present for the  interactive presentation and activities.
