DIANE DECKER

 Darci Ahlin-Stieren is an experienced leadership coach and human resource consultant with twenty-five years of strategic human resource and organizational development experience. After working over a decade in various human resource roles in the oil, gas, and mining sectors, she founded HR Solutions, LLC in 2009. Darci offers human resource consulting services to public, nonprofit, and corporate clients across Alaska and the lower 48. Coaching individuals, groups, and entire organizations, she uses self-awareness principles and innovative concepts that equip her clients with the tools to navigate stressful situations and life transitions successfully. She holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources and maintains designations from HRCI, SHRM, and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC).  

Diane Decker has an M.S. in Industrial Relations and a B.A. in Planning, Public Policy, & Management from the University of Oregon.  She is also a Professional Certified Coach via the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and the International Coach Federation.  Prior to starting her own business in 2010, she worked in human resources management positions for twenty years at ConocoPhillips and BP.  As a coach/HR consultant, her work for non-profits and corporations has included team buildings and facilitation; executive and leadership coaching; personal coaching; conflict resolution; customized trainings and workshops; independent, third-party investigations of employee concerns; and general HR consulting projects and support.   

ASHRM s approved by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM Certification Program (SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP®).
