Dr. Charla Brown, Ph.D.

formerly Associate Professor of Human Resource Management at the University of Alaska Southeast (UAS). She has instructed courses in Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, Management Development, Labor Management, Total Rewards, Principles of Human Resource Management, Business & Society, and Executive Development and received the 2018 Faculty Teaching Excellence Award at UAS. Her doctorate in Applied Social Psychology was earned at Brigham Young University, and her Master of Science was achieved at Lamar University in Industrial/Organizations Psychology. An active supporter of SHRM, she has provided numerous presentations and served on organizational teams for NHRMA conferences and SHRM Student Chapter activities at UAS.
