However, many professionals and leaders rarely take the time to discover what those Truths are, instead finding themselves wandering off the leadership path. They must be more focused, stressed, and unproductive, leaving their teams confused and scattered. In the program "Discovering Your Leadership Truths: Your Compass to Being a Congruent Leader," Mike Green weaves personal examples from discovering his Leadership Truths from around the world to help you start on the journey to uncovering your Leadership Truths. Through this program, you'll delve into the Truths that work as your internal compass, keeping you and your team focused and connected. The journey isn't always easy—sometimes the learning can be pretty painful—but Mike shows you through stories, group discussions, and exercises how congruent leaders are aware of and act from their Leadership Truths. When we discover and lead from our Leadership Truths, we can stay aligned with our true leader self.
