We will check in on our dynamic labor market and the lasting impact remote work, labor shortages, and other factors are making, brush up our understanding of Total Rewards Strategy, go through the fundamentals of using a market-based Total Cash Compensation Structure to support the cash part of a Total Rewards Strategy, and finish where we started with practical tips for wielding a compelling Total Rewards Strategy to compete for talent in a changed and changing labor market.

Thomas is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) a Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP®), and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Oregon. He credits his over twenty-five years of leadership experience in HR and operations as invaluable in understanding client perspectives and expectations as a consultant and service provider.
