As employees begin returning to the workplace, issues surrounding service and emotional support animals in the workplace continue to be confusing to both employers and employees with disabilities. This webcast will provide an overview of the most frequent questions the Job Accommodation Network (JAN) gets regarding service and emotional support animals and ADA information and practical guidance for addressing them.
Lynne Sauve is a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with the State of Alaska, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. She is part of what is known as the Business Engagement Team. The collective goal of this team is to support business and provide information about working with those in our community who experience disabilities. This team also strives to promote both business needs and client skills and abilities to ensure good and successful matches. Lynne is a lifelong Alaskan and is committed to community wellness and cohesive communication. She has been working in the field of disabilities for over 20 years.
