Lynne Curry, Ph.D., is the president of Communication Works, Inc., founder of www.workplacecoachblog.com and founded The Growth Company, Inc., a nationally respected management consulting company she started in 1978 and sold in 2017.
Curry has directly worked with more than 4,300 organizations in fifteen U.S. states abd territories and four countries. Her clients have included the World Bank, the U.S. Department of Defense, Conoco Phillips, and British Petroleum.
Curry has qualified in Court as an expert witness in the areas of Management Best Practices, HR and Workplace Issues. Lynne served as the Chair for the Alaska’s Labor Relations Agency under two governors.

Curry has written a weekly Dear Abby of the Workplace newspaper column for 40 years. Curry serves on the Editorial Advisory Board for Plain Language Media and publishes monthly columns in the print and media editions of Law Office Manager and Medical Office Manager.
