Patty R. Wilbanks has 28 years of military experience with 18 years at the Senior Executive Level. As a qualified Human Resource Professional, Patty has both a master’s degree in HR and Professional Human Resource Certification. Her focus is working with employees to help resolve conflict and/or disciplinary issues leveled upon them by their employer. As a motivational speaker, she conducts workshops for military personnel on how to prepare and transition to the civilian workforce. As a side business, she researches and writes grants for non-profit organizations.
